What We Do and Who We Use

We now offer multiple delivery speeds. 'Standard' means we will take our time packing to ensure the safest shipment and will release it to UPS the day before it needs to get to you.
'Premium' is our next day service. We will pack and ship on a same day basis if the order has been received before 12 PM. If it is after 12 PM, then we will pack and ship it on the next business day.
Orders received on Friday will be packed and shipped for delivery on Monday. Orders received over the weekend will be packed and shipped on Monday for delivery to be made on Tuesday.
We are a fully licenced dangerous goods shipper. This means we know the importance of safety when packing and shipping batteries. As most (automotive) batteries have sulfuric acid inside, they need to be secured in such a way so they won't be damaged or leak during transit on their way to you.
We use the heaviest of duty boxes that are rated up to 250Kg. This partly due to the weight of batteries, but also to protect against any piercing of the box that may occur.
We also use a weight distribution method with some shipments. This method involves stapping the interior box to a base - this creates a triangle of sort, with the weight being spread across the bottom of the box. This helps with stability.
We purposely do not plug up vent pipes. We have seen others ship out this way so to avoid any leaking. However batteries need to breathe and as they produce a small amount of hydrogen, we will never take this risk. We may sometimes use a method that will 'seal' the vent opening, but this will be disabled if any pressure builds.
UPS Logo
We use one of the only certified dangerous goods shippers; UPS.
We pay extra for declaring our goods as 'dangerous goods'. This means that UPS will only ship via road transportation and will not use conveyer belts. This is to prevent the risk of tipping.
Carbon Neural Shipments
We also like to do our part, so we also pay for the offset of carbon produced during transportation.
With large orders, or just large batteries, we will use a pallet and ship via freight. Our freight carriers change from time to time, and sometimes we get our own suppliers to ship direct to you. We will get in contact with you if your order requires freight shipment.

Online Ordering

All orders before 12 PM will be processed that same day if possible. We will try our very best to deliver the next business day but this is not always the case.
Delivery estimates and tracking details will be given via email once ordered.
Please make sure you have given us the correct details in the check-out process. Do not worry if not, just give us a call or email and we shall correct any details.
Please note that any standard delivery orders received on Friday will be processed the following full business day. Expect delivery to be on the following Wednesday. We do not ship over the weekend or bank holidays.

EU and World-wide Shipping
